CANCELLATION POLICY
❌ Please text 469-563-2441 to cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance. Please review & adhere to the 48hr cancelation policy. ALL DEPOSIT MONEY IS NON REFUNDABLE, BUT CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER APPOINTMENT 48 hours in advance. Children or extra guests are not allowed in the salon during your appointment. You are only allowed 20 minute grace period for your appointment. If more than 20 minutes late you have To reschedule your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.
